•    Trust is a word that I think is important when it comes to leadership because you want your workers or people that you’re close with can trust you and count on you to have their back.That  whatever is happening they will be able to trust you and feel like they can talk to you about anything.
•       Creative is another word that I think is important because it helps other people succeed when you get creative and make up good plans. It helps other people around you want to work with you and work hard if they know you are. It will get you far and the other people around you.
•        Fun is what you need too, it will want people to be around you and wanna work with you. People like having fun while they are playing or doing something. If you’re a fun person more people will wanna work with you or be around you, they will wanna be there and work with you.

I think it’s a privilege to be a Chickasaw citizen because you get benefits. You get to do a lot of stuff that other people wish they could have or do, like camps and trips to other places with the Chickasaw nation. They give you a bunch of options to learn and get help from them, they teach you a lot of different stuff that will help you in your lifetime. Like the camps and stuff will help you get better, it shows what you need to get better at and can work on it when the camp is over. If you’re a Chickasaw citizen you get free health care. Everyone in the Chickasaw nation just helps each other and have a good time.
